The 24th Annual Conference and Organizing Exposition will take place at the Hilton Baltimore in Baltimore, Maryland.

Attire
The recommended conference attire is business casual. Remember – the convention facilities can be cool because of the air conditioning so remember a sweater or light jacket.
BCPO® Information – Eligible Credits
An attendee must use his or her own judgment as to whether a session meets the BCPO® CEU eligibility requirements that a class must provide skills and knowledge that further the professional’s ability to better serve their clients. As with any class or conference session, it is always possible that the material the presenter covers will differ from the session overview.

Cell Phones, Pagers, and other Electronic Devices
As a courtesy to others, please turn off all cell phones and pagers when attending educational sessions. If you must be available, please set mobile devices to vibrate. Please be considerate of fellow attendees when using typing devices, like laptops and BlackBerries, during educational sessions.
Children
Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in any educational session, the exposition hall, or the hospitality suite.
Committee / Special Interest Group (SIG) Meetings
The meeting date for NAPO Committees and SIG’s is Friday, March 23, 2012 from 10:45 am – 12:15 pm.
Please check your NAPO Conference registration materials for a complete listing of all NAPO Committees and Special Interest Groups (SIGs) scheduled meetings. All attendees are welcome to join a NAPO Committee or SIG meeting; however, some meetings may be closed to their members.
Conference Evaluations
The NAPO Conference evaluation process will be online again this year. Detailed information will be provided within your registration materials that will be distributed on-site.
Exhibits
Visit the Exhibit Hall to see the hottest products and services in the organizing industry. Vendors will be demonstrating their latest services, and technology, while showcasing many home and business products. The exhibits are an integral part of the educational experience.

First Time Attendees Orientation
All first-time attendees to the NAPO Conference should plan to attend the First-Time Attendees Orientation on Thursday, March 23rd. This session will maximize learning and networking opportunities. It is also a great way to meet NAPO leaders and other first-time attendees.
Fragrance-Free Policy
For the comfort and safety of all attendees, the NAPO® conference is fragrance free. Please refrain from wearing colognes or scented products.
Member Services
Don’t forget to visit the NAPO Membership Booth in the Key Ballroom Foyer for valuable information of the many benefits of NAPO membership. Both members and non-members are encouraged to visit the booth. The member services booth will be open during the NAPO Conference hours.
Message Board
Look for the message board in the registration area to make connections, find partners for sharing non-conference activities, and read important announcements of all kinds, including lost-and-found and last-minute room or speaker changes. Attendees are asked not to post any:
• Advertisements for products or services
• Announcements that could be offensive to other attendees.
Organizers’ Choice Awards
Be sure to vote for your favorite organizing products while in the Exhibit Hall. A ballot is in the meeting bag. The deadline for voting is NOON on Thursday, March 22nd. The winners will be announced at the Expo Reception on Thursday evening. The categories are: Best Product-Business; Best Product-Residential; Best Product-Technology; Best Service.

No other meals will be offered by NAPO at the NAPO Conference. Water will be provided in meeting rooms.
Pre-Conference Events There are 5 Pre-conference workshops on Wednesday, March 21st. If you have registered for any of these events, the event code will appear on the bottom corner of your NAPO Conference badge. Handouts will be provided only to registered attendees of the particular session.
Prize Drawings
Your badge envelope contains a raffle ticket. Be sure to drop it into the drum located in the Exposition Hall by 6:00 pm Thursday, March 22nd. Prize drawings will begin at approximately 7:00 PM on Thursday in the Exposition Hall. You must be present to win.
Drawings for a free registration to the 2013 NAPO® Annual Conference and Organizing Exposition and a one-year NAPO® membership will be drawn at the conclusion of the Keynote Address on Saturday afternoon. You must be present to win.
Program Book
The NAPO Conference Final Program Book will be made available in digital format to all registered attendees. Please visit http://2012.napo.net/ to view the Digital Final Program Book. An access code will be provided to all registered attendees via email at least 2 weeks prior to the NAPO Conference. Attendees are strongly encouraged to print handouts for their registered sessions and general information.
Registration
Attendees must register for the events they wish to attend during the NAPO Conference. Registration will be located in the Key Ballroom Foyer.

Attendees can pick up name badges, meeting bags, and pocket programs at the registration desk. Name badges must be worn at all NAPO Conference events, including in the Exhibit Hall and at meal functions. The official NAPO Conference badge will grant attendees access to conference events. Please do not wear the NAPO member badge. Please find additional tickets in the name badge envelope from registration. Keep these tickets behind the name badge in the badge holder.
Session Recordings
An order form is included in the meeting bag for CD and DVD recordings of the concurrent sessions offered at the NAPO Conference. Complete the form and return to the recording sales table in the Key Ballroom Foyer.

The NAPO Board works hard on behalf of the membership to ensure NAPO is growing in the right direction.
